Boechera stricta

Tall, with a single stem, this is a common species of rocky habitat, found from the lower elevations to the subalpine. The photo was taken at the edge of a rock wall in a parking lot.

Boechera stricta

The flowers are pink to white, in a small raceme, and the fruits are erect. Usually a biennial, this species was formerly named Arabis drummondii.
