Carex laeviculmis

A small sedge with narrow leaves, the head is dense and dark. It is common in the subalpine in wet habitats, including rocky slopes and meadows.

Carex laeviculmis

Smooth-stemmed Sedge is a densely tufted sedge, common in moist meadows and other wet habitats from middle to subalpine elevations. The leaves are narrow, and the spikes are slightly separated on the stem.
