Mt. Rainier Flora -- Draba oligosperma -- (Few-seeded Draba)

presented by Susan McDougall

Draba oligosperma

Quite rare, this draba is found at elevations of 6,500-10,000 feet. It grows on stony flats and slopes. Here the plants are somewhat desiccated. There are several in the area, forming broad mats and apparently persistent.
