Madia exigua

Although uncommon, large numbers are found at Box Canyon in wet areas. It also grows on dry ground in openings.

Madia exigua

A small annual with hairy leaves, Tarweed is an Aster Family member. The stems are a foot tall or less, and the flowering head is small. There are 3-8 rays.
