Microseris borealis

Growing in wet meadows, typically above 5,000 feet (although lower here), this relatively rare species can occur locally in large numbers.

Microseris borealis

The leaves are basal and narrow with tiny teeth, and the flowering heads are solitary and composed of ray flowers only.
