Mt. Rainier Flora -- Rubus lasiococcus -- (Dwarf Bramble)

Rubus lasiococcus

Common throughout the Park at middle to subalpine elevations in forests, the stems root at the leaf nodes as the plant grows. The leaves have 3-5 lobes and are toothed, somewhat wider than long. The red berries are tiny and sweet.
