Sisyrinchium idahoense

An Iris Family member, Blue-eyed Grass is known only at Longmire Meadow on the south side of the Park. The leaves are flattened and the flowering stem more than a foot in height. The blue-violet flowers are somewhat flat and have a small yellow center. This is variety macounii.
