A species with dandelion-like flowers, this uniquely-colored Aster Family member has oblong, toothed leaves. This is variety aurantiaca.

Agoseris aurantiaca

The flower is on a leafless 4-12-inch stem and composed of rays only. This agoseris is found throughout the Park at middle to subalpine elevations.
