A species of the lower subalpine, Sharp-toothed Angelica is a tall plant, locally common on the south and east sides of the Park. The leaves are flattened and divided into three parts.

The numerous white flowers are in a compound umbel. This Carrot Family member grows in wet, open habitats from 4,000-5,500 feet.
