There are two varieties of this alumroot at the Park. This photo is of the rare one, variety diversifolia, which grows near Ipsut Pass on the north side of the Park.

The flowers of the two varieties are similar. They are small with white petals and glandular branches. This is variety micrantha.

This is variety micranttha. The leaves are shallowly lobed and rounded. A middle elevation species, it grows on dry banks and cliffs and is most common on the west side of the Park.
