Very rare at the Park, this beautiful lewisia grows on rocky outcrops at middle to subalpine elevations.

The petals are veined and the 2 sepals are rounded, with glands.

The fleshy, narrow leaves are arranged in a basal rosette. The flowers are in an open panicle, on stems as much as a foot tall.
