Pleuropogon refractus

The stems may reach five feet in height and the leaves are flat. This grass grows along streams and in moist, open forest habitat.

Pleuropogon refractus

This grass has narrow spikelets that droop in a 1-sided raceme. It is an uncommon lowland species, most easily seen at Longmire Meadow.
